We are committed to being as transparent and cooperative as possible. Below you will find how your project will be broken up into phases. Each phase will include being in constant contact with you so you will know how the progress of your project is going. The times given are estimates, and can vary based on project complexity.

Click on each phase to reveal further details.

  • We need to gather as much information about your project as we can. This includes anticipated annual production numbers, budget, material, application, paint, etc. over email or phone.

The more information that’s gathered here, the better!

  • We will take what we have learned from phase 1 and develop the first working CAD model. You should expect an animation and/or a 3D render of the part as well as a meeting to discuss the CAD model and its functionality.

Once this CAD model has been approved, phase 3 will begin.

  • Once the CAD model from phase 2 has been approved, we will begin the printing process. Depending on the size and/or precision required, this phase can take about three to four days. This includes print time and post processing.

The part(s) will be shipped out to you, and another meeting will be scheduled to discuss the first prototype.

  • We take information from the first prototype, then make adjustments accordingly. The second iteration is just as important as your first prototype. We want to be sure you have exactly what you are looking for.

Adjustments to the first design can be easily made, and a new part will be ready quickly!

  • We will provide you all the 3D files, and 2D drawings that are required to get the part produced to fit your needs.

We will give you a list of referrals to other companies that can assist you further.

We look forward to getting to know you and your project better. Please use the contact button below to begin the process with us!
