• What is the quoting process like?

We charge for labor hourly which includes engineering, design, post processing, and painting. We also charge for the material used. Estimates can be given before full quotes, but are subject to change.

• What method of printing do you use?

We use stereolithography (SLA) printing. While this style of printing costs a bit more, it provides unrivaled quality to FDM style printing. Take a look at our blog post for more information on SLA vs FDM.

• What layer heights are achievable?

We can provide layer heights as small as 25 microns up to 300 microns depending on the material.

• What kind of materials do you have?

We employ all Formlabs materials that are compatible with the Form 3. Materials include: high durability, high heat resistance, flexible / elastic resins among many others. The full material library and applications can be found here .

• Are you able to provide color prints?

We can achieve and match any color you need. Providing us an image of the color or a color code will get us exactly what color you need.
